In this video I talk about my experience with brands who build their reputation through extortion and how we as creators can combat this problem.

There's a huge power imbalance between companies and creators, and the shadier brands use this for their own financial gain by blackmailing smaller YouTubers into creating content and reviews, then blacklisting them if they don't comply.

Life is too short to work with manipulative brands like this, and luckily there are some quality teams out there that truly support the creative community.
